Gold members and above are assigned a dedicated manager available 24/7 to assist them.
5% to 25% cashback on net losses every week — with no wagering requirements.
Withdrawal requests from VIP members are processed ahead of the standard queue — typically in under 15 minutes.
Platinum members and above can participate in exclusive VIP-only tournaments with significantly larger prize pools.
Members receive a special bonus on their birthday, plus surprise gifts on various occasions throughout the year.
As you move up the tiers, your maximum bet per round increases too — perfect for high-stakes players.
Online gaming platforms are growing in Bangladesh, but not every player gets the same quality of service everywhere. k 999 believes that regular players deserve special recognition — and that's exactly why the k 999 VIP Club was created, giving loyal members more rewards the longer they play.
Many platforms have VIP programs, but the terms are so complicated that most players can't figure out what they're actually getting. At k 999, it's straightforward — the more you deposit and play, the faster you climb the tiers and the more benefits you unlock.
Every real-money bet at k 999 earns you VIP points — whether you're playing Sports Betting or casino games. Once you hit a set points threshold, you're automatically promoted to the next tier and your new benefits kick in.
One thing to keep in mind — VIP tiers are an ongoing process. Your tier is reassessed each month based on your activity, so staying active regularly is key to maintaining your status.
VIP cashback is credited to your account automatically every Monday. There are no wagering requirements — you can withdraw it straight away or use it to keep playing.
Reaching the Legend tier isn't easy — but those who get there enjoy k 999's most exclusive membership. This tier is invite-based; once you meet the criteria, the k 999 team will reach out to you directly.
Legend members receive 25% weekly cashback, unlimited withdrawal limits, and a fully customized bonus package. On top of that, they enjoy exclusive gifts multiple times a year and priority access to online events.
